Next-generation Biological Food Waste Processor
To ensure smooth operation, the installation site must meet these conditions:
Sturdy and Level Ground: The foundation must withstand the machine’s weight (use concrete or reinforced flooring).
Ventilation and Drainage: Avoid pollution sources and ensure proper airflow to prevent anaerobic conditions.
Power and Water Supply: Stable electricity (220V/380V) and water access for preprocessing organic waste.
Component Inspection: Check for damaged parts (e.g., blades, motors) and tighten bolts.
Microbial Inoculation: Pre-mix starter cultures with organic waste to activate decomposition.
Parameter Calibration: Set temperature (50–65°C), humidity (50–60%), and aeration frequency (every 3–5 days).
Temperature Monitoring: Use sensors to ensure core heat stays at 55–70°C for ≥5 days.
Odor Check: A faint earthy smell indicates aerobic decomposition; strong ammonia/sulfur odors signal issues.
Output Quality: Mature compost should be dark brown, crumbly, and free of pathogens.
