Solution: First, check the power supply and ensure all cables are securely connected. Locate the red reset button at the base of the composter and press it to reboot the system. If the motor still doesn’t activate, inspect the circuit breaker or contact a technician for electrical component testing.
Solution: Use a hex wrench to manually rotate the grinding disc counterclockwise. This helps dislodge trapped debris like bones or fibrous materials. Always power off the composter and wear protective gloves before clearing obstructions.
Solution: Check for hard objects (e.g., stones, metal fragments) stuck in the blades. Remove debris and apply lubricant to the blade shaft (exclude this step for permanently lubricated models). Persistent noise may indicate worn bearings—schedule professional maintenance.
